PERFORMANCE

  • Fire rated up to 30 minutes in accordance with B.S 476 Part 22: 1987
  • Anosecure "Secure By Design" are approved police preferred specification
  • Tested by Hanson & Beards ltd to PAS 23/24
  • Mechanical rating is "severe duty" to DD171:1987
  • Sound reducing specification assists in meeting the acoustic requirements of the Building Regulations Part E and related National Standards

  • High quality "Glutz" Swiss made single action 4 point espagnolette with EuroProfile lock incorporating an internal thumb turn
  • Lever handles are available in 'Satin SA or Satin Gold effect' finish options
  • Hinges are stainless steel, tested to BSEN 1935: Class 13 and CE marked, for lifetime performance and scurity enhancement
  • An eye viewer, letter plate and security door chain are supplied as standard to complement the system in brass or chrome effect finish options

  • Hardwood 80mm x 54mm sapele frames with integral rebate
  • Factory lacquered hardwood frames & architraves
  • Integral hardwood threshold 80mm x 18mm
  • Frames & architraves factory finished in BS/RAL colours and also primed for onsite finish

DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION & OPTIONS

  • High density multi layer particle board core
  • 2100mm high x 1050mm wide maximum leaf size available
  • Hardwood 12mm lipping to all 4 edges (concealed or exposed) available
  • Factory finished veneer with UV lacquer, laminated, pvc, BS/RAL colours & primed for onsite finish available
  • Fire door and intumescent seals ensure that the doorset meets the Fire resistance and escape requirements specified by Building Regulations part B and related National Standards
  • Thermal 'U' value properties assist in meeting the requirements of Building Regulations Part L and related National Standards
