Our Factory
All of our fire doors are manufactured in the UK at our modern, fully refurbished production facility in West Yorkshire, purpose-designed for the manufacture of certified timber fire door sets.
The facility covers approximately 85,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, enabling accurate, consistent and efficient production. We continue to invest over £1 million annually in machinery, processes and infrastructure to ensure our manufacturing capability remains at the forefront of the industry.
Sustainability is central to our operation. The factory is supported by a 350 kWp solar PV system, helping to reduce environmental impact while powering reliable, high-quality production.
By keeping manufacture fully in-house, we maintain strict quality control, full traceability and confidence that every fire door leaving our factory meets its approved specification and certification requirements.
