ANORISER QUICK FIT STEEL ACCESS PANELS
WHAT IS THE ANORISER SLIDING HINGE?
The AnoRiser hinge system allows quick and easy installation by reducing door fitting times on site by as much as 95% compared to the traditional piano hinge system.
The Access Panel door is installed into the frame by aligning the spring loaded hinge pins and clicking them into place.
This panel has been tested and can save you up to 30 minutes per panel on installation times when compared to an 1800 x 600mm traditional piano hinge Access Panel.
ANORISER SLIDING HINGE
Spring loaded AnoRiser pin hinge, quicker to install than a piano hinge riser door.
3 WAY LOCK
Supplied with a 3 Point Locking System as standard. Other lock options are available upon request.
AIRTIGHT RATING
Available air pressure tested in product ranges up to class 4 when tested at 600pa.
PLASTERBOARD DOOR (R53)
Wall only plasterboard faced panel supplied with a beaded door & frame as standard (picture frame is available upon request). Suitable for plastering within the wall providing a discreet finish which can then be decorated. Available in fire and none fire rated options.
ONE PERSON INSTALLATION
Easy installation by one person, simply lift the door, locate the bottom pin, and slide the spring loaded pin along the top frame until it clicks into place.
ACOUSTIC RATING
Available acoustic rated up to 37Db.
METAL DOOR (R51, R57)
Wall only metal faced panel supplied with a picture or beaded frame. These panels are suitable for retro fitting to a pre-cut hole. Supplied RAL 9010 30% gloss as standard other colour options available upon request, including primed for decoration on site. Available in fire and non fire rated options.
